How to use
Rinse your mouth, place the wafer under the tongue and allow it to dissolve. Avoid swallowing for as long as possible at least until the wafer is fully dissolved. Do not consume food or drink within 5-10 minutes of taking the wafer. Take 1-2 wafers daily or as recommended by your physician.
